The Buff Day Spa located in the heart of the Dublin next door to the Gaiety Theatre, provide a whole spectrum of beauty and holistic healing therapies from Dermalogica Facials to Aromatherapy, La Stone Massage, Reflexology, Mama Mio Maternity Treatments, Manicures, Pedicures, and Spray Tanning all in a beautiful setting.  There is a Sauna available to our guests for complimentary use as well as two relaxation areas and a tranquility room where guests can enjoy herbal teas or simply the view of the busy street below.  

Our Services

The Buff Day Spa is unique in Dublin City Center as it offers an opportunity not just to pop in for a quick massage or facial as in most other beauty salons but you are invited to spend longer there to completely unwind, wrap up warm in one of their luxurious bathrobes, sit and read a book in the various chill out areas whilst enjoying complimentary herbal tea or ease tired muscles in the sauna.

Due to its large spacious interior, bridal parties and corporate groups are comfortably catered for. The Buff Day Spa have recently taken on Shellac Manicures and Pedicures, Fuschia Mineral Makeup and Mama Mio Bootcamp Treatments. Shellac is a revolutionary hybrid polish, which is a cross between a gel and a polish so it lasts much longer without damaging the natural nail! Fuschia Mineral Makeup is actually good for your skin, it contains no parabens or yucky ingredients, gives a flawless finish and heals and calms your skin while you wear it! The Mama Mio Bootcamp Treatments are radical hard-hitting, focused body treatments to make a visible lasting difference to cellulite and  saggy crepey skin and helps reduce that excess wobble!
